Simon Turner joined Cochrane Australia in 2015 as a biostatistician. He assists with statistical analyses, including analyses of cluster randomised trials examining the effectiveness of interventions to improve clinical practice.

Before joining Cochrane Australia, Simon taught secondary school mathematics, science and information technology as head of Physics. He has strong interests in science, computing, Scottish Terriers and Lego.  

Simon has an Honours Degree in Science, an Honours Degree in Teaching, a Masters in Astronomy and a Masters and a PhD in Biostatistics.
